Labor Doula Support includes prenatal visits every four to six weeks; on-call from 38 weeks until labor starts; continuous support throughout your labor and birth and two postpartum visits. One prenatal visit may include Thai Yoga bodywork, and one of the postpartum visits can also include Thai Yoga bodywork. The fee for these services is $800. I can accommodate two families each month on a sliding scale basis--contact us for details.

Postpartum Doula Support

Consultative session to prepare for the first weeks with your newborn, done prenatally: $95 for 2 hours.

Postpartum Doula Support during the day $25/hour; four-hour minimum. I also provide overnight care at $25/hour six-hour minimum.
